Hi Bolt Babez!! Can you believe it is almost fall time? I have loved all the summer trends and styles this year, but I am definitely excited to start seeing some fall pieces! One of my favorite things about fall fashion is the ability to layer and mix & match pieces. I think it can be more exciting to plan fall outfits and it can offer you way more options! A few weeks ago our owner, Abby, went to market to buy items for fall and winter. She found some AMAZING pieces we know you will love so we wanted to give you a little sneak peak. All of these items will be launching on our site during the fall and winter months, so get excited! Here are Abby’s Top 3 Favorite Items she found at market!
1. Blazers and Blazer Inspired Pieces
Blazers are a personal favorite of mine! I love the versatility that blazers/workwear inspired pieces can add into your closet. If you need to dress up for a work event you can easily pair a blazer with a nice pair of pants to complete the look while also being stylish! You can also wear a blazer much more casually when heading to brunch with friends! Throw your favorite pair of denim jeans on and a bodysuit with a bright colored blazer on top for a cool, chic look. Besides blazer jackets, another favorite from market this year was blazer inspired dresses. A blazer dress is a cute trendy piece that will stick around in your closet for years to come. They are super easy to style by pairing it with a cute pair of booties for a dinner look or some sneakers for a day exploring the city. Whether you are someone who lives for bright colors or prefers a more neutral option we have you covered when it comes to blazers this year. 2. Unique Pant Options: Leather, Looser Trousers, & Cargo Style
This time when Abby headed to market she was able to find lots of fun & unique pant options that are slightly more toned down compared to some of the items we saw last fall/winter! We will still have plenty of fun colors, but if you are someone who isn’t the biggest fan of the bold prints and patterns we have you covered this year too! Some of our favorite pant options this fall include leather pants, loose trousers, and cargo pants. These styles all make a statement from the cut of the item to the color and even the material! We love that these are fun pieces that can still be worn on a day-to-day basis. You can easily style these pieces down with a graphic tee or dress it up with an elevated bodysuit. I am personally really looking forward to leather pants! A pair of leather pants can instantly elevate your look and make you feel cool and chic. I am also excited to see where the cargo pants trend will head this season! Cargos are very trendy right now but also practical for daily use with the pockets they provide. 3. Eye-Catching Dresses
Dresses are one of the easiest things to style for almost any occasion! By just adding a pair of heels or sneakers you have a complete look without any hassle. At the market, Abby loved all the fun, eye-catching dresses she found! These dresses are STUNNING and will be perfect for any special events coming up like weddings, holiday parties, formals, and so much more. Each of these pieces are so unique from the beautiful color offerings to the luxury-looking materials, I promise you will feel amazing in any of these dresses. I have personally been loving the metallic fabric for the fall and winter months. It has such a classy and elegant look while also being trendy and fun!
